Solar-as-a-Service
We finance, design, build and operate a solar plant on your roof, sized to your needs. You sign a power purchase agreement (PPA) with us and buy the solar power. Investment, engineering and operation stay with us.
We cover design, modules, installation and commissioning. Your balance sheet stays untouched.
Your PPA price is contractually below today's EVN tariff, and the price path is fixed for the full term.
We meter and document generation and provide I-RECs: the basis for your RE100, CDP and CBAM reporting.
Direct line (DPPA)
Since Decree 57/2025 (amended by Decree 243/2026), generators in Vietnam may sell power directly to industrial and commercial customers. With a direct line, it flows over a private line from your own site.
The plant sits on your premises and is connected to your electrical system behind the EVN meter.
Price, term, metering and performance are set in a PPA that both sides negotiate freely.
You only pay for the solar power you actually use. The rest you buy from EVN as before.
We size the plant to your own consumption, so no surplus arises in the first place.

We handle fire safety, construction approval, grid coordination and DPPA notifications, without halting your production.
Monitoring, maintenance and monthly generation reports, with the same data that feeds your ESG reporting.
Eligibility
Electricity users with an average consumption of at least 20,000 kWh per month can take part.
You need usable roof or land, a high daytime load and the right to use the roof, as owner or with your landlord's consent.
